TEST – A successful kick-off for BIO-COMPaSS

30 September 2026 | Events

Researchers, clinicians and partners from across the Netherlands came together in Amsterdam to launch BIO-COMPaSS and set the course for the coming years.

This project explores how our daily habits and biology impact our health, and how tracking your biological age can inspire lasting, healthy changes. During the kick-off, each work package presented its goals and the first steps towards a large community-based field lab.

Six work packages, one goal

From sustainable behavioural change to enabling technologies and infrastructure: the six interconnected work packages together form the building blocks of a personalised and sustainable approach to health. See the research page for the posters of each work package.

Seeing your inner biological age can be the push people need to make lasting changes.
